Injection nozzles
Provides compact cylindrical heating around injection nozzles and adapters to help maintain material temperature close to the flow path.
Packaging machinery
Used on selected packaging components and small heated collars where a narrow custom band heater is required.
Sealing equipment
Suitable for compact sealing or processing parts that need controlled heat around a small cylindrical surface.
Hot runner support
Can be used around compatible nozzle and runner components where space, lead exit and heater fit must be carefully matched.
Nozzle heater dimensions and connection position
Nozzle heaters are often installed in tight spaces, so the lead exit and terminal orientation are just as important as diameter and width. Measure the actual mounting surface and note nearby clamps, thermocouples, covers and wiring before ordering.
A close fit improves heat transfer and reduces local overheating. For replacement work, send a photograph of the old heater installed on the machine and another photograph after removal if possible.
For new designs, provide target temperature, process material and available controller or thermocouple information so the heater and sensor arrangement can be reviewed together.
